FASTPACE FENCE is the second location of a growing company owned & Operated by Keith & Michelle Pace of Texarkana Arkansas.
Keith started TEXARKANA FENCE in 2007 and built it to one of the fastest growing fence Companies in northeast Texas. Texarkana Fence currently employs 22 full time employees and does work from back yards to business & Schools also jobs at Power Plants & large Factories. We also do work for local, state & Federal Government Agencies. We Pride ourselves on having built a company that uses all our own equipment & resources to complete the job at hand.
For the last several years we have operated in a manner with the plans to expand, not knowing when exactly or where, we starting building the template for franchising our company, while still on that track we decided it would be in our best interest to open another Corporate location first, and FASTPACE FENCE was born. We wanted a new name that could travel so to speak and We had already Started FASTPACE WELDING which aside from general welding it currently makes all the fabricated gates for TEXARKANA FENCE and few other fence companies and will also make the gates for FASTPACE FENCE of Tyler. so with Pace being our last name it was an easy catchy fit.
Even though FASTPACE FENCE Tyler is a brand new Corporate Location we are already looking into our 3rd location North of Dallas TX. with hopes of the Franchising side adding more location as well.
Keith is From Texarkana Arkansas and is a high School Drop out of Arkansas Senior High School after leaving high school after spending a short time in Richardson Texas he went to North Carolina. After taking a job at a local building supply place went to work at the neighboring fence Company in 1990 and has been in the Fence Industry for 30 years and a business owner for 13 years. he knows many of the ups & downs of the fence industry and is able to adapt quickly & Aggressively if needed to accommodate the ever changing world & economy. having started his fencing career in the Carolina's at a Large, Small town fence Company just outside of Charlotte North Carolina. At Gaston Fence Company under the guidance and training of Owner Robert Cearley & team with whom Keith gives all the gratification for his knowledge and ability along with his own abilities & common sense know how is how he was able to achieve such success and as the Company continues to grow the goal is employees.
Keith & Michelle humble themselves in the fact that they want to grow this business not for personal financial gains but for the ability to hire employees that can provide for their families true growth for us having employees that are buying houses & cars and education for their children.
Michelle is also from Texarkana Texas and a High School Drop out of Queen City High School, Queen City Texas after School Michelle spent several years in the Longview & Tyler & Jacksonville area after Returning to Texarkana in 2012.
Keith & Michelle Met in the fall of 2012 with basically their first date being at church they were married in the Spring of 2013 with an official ceremony in the fall of 2013 and have basically been inseparable ever since. Keith & Michelle stay active in their church and lift their faith very high and attribute ALL of their success to God.
